Are your products 100% alcohol free?

For alcohol free spirits to be classified as alcohol free in Europe, they must contain less than 0.5% (half a percent) alcohol. In some cases, alcohol-free may still contain that small percentage of alcohol in it, but that is considered alcohol-free (many foods contain small traces of alcohol too). This can be confusing, so on every product page you will find the exact alcohol percentage in the “tell me more” section.

Do you deliver outside of Germany?

Yes we do! We deliver to all of Europe but not internationally. (yet!)

How are your products packed?

We use specially constructed, plastic-free, bottle packaging and all our bottles are wrapped in individual cardboard sleeves for protection. The packaging has been tested to 4 meter drop, so you can be sure your bottles will arrive undamaged.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you can return any unopened and undamaged product to us within 14 days of receiving the goods. In this case, please make sure to message us with your order information and reason for the return @ hello@thetastebar.de. Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept any opened drinks, so if you really didn't like the drink you bought, please gift it to a friend then write to us @ hello@thetastebar.de and we will find a way to help.
